WINTER WANDER REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY:
Winter Wander is a rain, snow or shine event.

ALL Winter Wander tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions, including COVID-19 or any illness. Unused tickets will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Tickets may be transferred to another date or time, based on availability. There is a $5 per order transfer fee. An additional cost may be charged if going to a higher cost entry window or a promo code previously used has expired. Tickets must be transferred by 11:59 p.m. on the day before the original event day. No same-day transfers (in or out) are permitted. All transfers must be completed online by the guest.
