Refund & Transfer Policy

WINTER WANDER REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY:
Winter Wander is a rain, snow or shine event.

ALL Winter Wander tickets are fully NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions, including COVID-19 or any illness. Unused tickets will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Tickets may be transferred to another date or time, based on availability. There is no transfer fee. However, an additional cost may be charged if going to a higher cost entry window, ticket prices have increased since original purchase date or a promo code previously used has expired. Tickets must be transferred by 11:59 p.m. on the day before the original event day. No same-day transfers (in or out) are permitted. All tickets within an order must be transferred together. Tickets cannot be separated to different dates/times. All transfers must be completed online by the guest.

By accepting these terms, you agree to the refund and transfer policy.

Boar’s Head Resort staff members will periodically take photos or video during our on-property events and programs and is inherently granted permission to use this content for future promotional efforts. To inquire about photography or deny use of your image for future marketing purposes, please contact the Boar’s Head Resort marketing and communications manager.
